Martin Tynan

Martin Completed a diploma in Electrical studies at the Limerick Institute of Technology, in Ireland.  Following his graduation he immigrated to the US in 1986. Martin immediately started his own electrical company M.T. Electric.  

With a passion for building and developments he gained his General Contractors License in 1990 and founded Martin Tynan & Son Construction. 

Martin along with his wife Edwina started their family business with a two unit remodeling project. Since then the business has expanded into a number of successful developments of luxury homes and multi unit projects. The core values of this family run company is dedicated to excellence, responsibility and high design.

Edwina Tynan is a Bay Area based Real Estate Broker, Developer Investor with a proven track record in acquiring, repositioning, and maximizing the performance of income-producing assets. Her transition into Commercial Real Estate was a natural evolution of years owning and managing her own investment properties along with executing complex multi-unit transactions and overseeing development build-out projects across the Bay Area.

Recognized among the top 10% of Real Estate Agents in the San Francisco 2021, Edwina was also named by AREAA Asian Real Estate Association of America their A-List for her 2022-2023 production—it is an acknowledgment of both volume and consistency in a highly competitive market. Further strengthening her analytical capabilities, Edwina is registered with the California State Board of Equalization as a Certified Property Tax Appraiser, giving her clients a sophisticated understanding of valuation, tax positioning, and long-term hold strategies.
